Our first large project in black TPU for a suit. What a pleasure to see everything work perfectly as imagined in the drawing. This printing material was a challenge because its printing system is different from other more conventional “hard” materials.
This material is flexible, it is commonly used for example in the manufacture for cell phone cases.
The joy of 3D design and printing is being able to reliably and realistically make a creation from basic design.
The assembly is still not finished. It will definitely be a durable and flexible costume belt for the act.
